Marketplace Ethics

This is an extremely interesting section and one which will test a company's ethics, whatever its scale or sector. Issues included whether adequately clear and factual information accompanies all products and services sold, whether a company acts entirely fairly in the markets in it operates, whether its advertising and marketing practices are responsible, and whether a company makes it easy for customers to gain redress if and when problems occur.
