Carbon Footprint

What is your company’s carbon footprint, or total amount of greenhouse gases generated by your organisation’s actions? Nowadays, businesses are expected to reduce their carbon footprint, and thus help the transition to a net zero economy. Perhaps you have measured yours and seek to reduce it? Or perhaps your carbon footprint isn’t an issue that you need to worry about right now, for reasons that you are willing and able to share?

Organisational Culture

How happy and productive is your workplace? This will depend on your culture, which can be perceived as ‘the way we do things around here’, or simply how it feels to be in the workplace. Culture includes the norms that employees tend towards, the environment they work in, and how they behave towards one another and to suppliers and customers. Does the whole team love their work and turn up to do their best every day, or are things not quite as simple as that?
